Ecomm Shipments handles returns or exchanges for orders placed via the Wakanaiwear Online Store. Do not contact Tywest Enterprises or wakanaiwear.com for issues with orders placed via the Wakanaiwear Online Store.

Shipping Policy

Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) which takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in the US.

Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation of your order. Ecomm Shipments does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following non-holiday business day. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Ecomm Shipments charges sales tax for orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering. Please note that our system does not add shipping for international orders. You will be notified of your total via email prior to shipment.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Size.
  2. Wrong Item Shipped
  3. .Defective Item.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED.

To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at info@ecommshipments.com to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RA number. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note, we do not backorder. If the requested items are not in stock by the time we process your RA, your credit card will be refunded for the value of the items returned to our warehouse to avoid further delay on your request. (in which case the 15% restocking fee will be waived)

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached.

Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.

If the merchandise that you received was a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

Once you receive your Return Authorization number, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or the RA# will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.

Return authorizations must be requested within 2 weeks of the original ship date for all domestic orders, and within 1 month of the original ship date for international orders.

Please include the following with your return:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA #)
  2. Invoice Number
  3. Item Number
  4. Name and Address
  5. Email Address
  6. Telephone Number
  7. Brief reason for your return (Ecomm Shipments strives for customer satisfaction).

Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, the product is to be shipped back to us with the product tag attached. The product must be unused and in the condition under which it was shipped. Please include a copy of the packing list with the returned merchandise and the Return Authorization Number.

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product insured through a traceable carrier.

Please allow 7 days for your credit card reimbursement once Ecomm Shipments receives the product.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
